- Other Pets Allowed: Pets are limited to two per apartment and must comply with the rules and regulations set forth for the specific property you are applying for. Pet owners are required to pay a non-refundable pet fee per pet and monthly pet rent per pet. Shot/vet records are required.

- One-time pet fee: $325
- Pet monthly rent min/max: $20 – $40
- Pet policy: The following dog breeds are not allowed (full blood or mixed at any percentage): American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Akita, Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid or any other breed deemed aggressive by management and insurance provider (except dogs trained to assist the disabled and active duty canine police officers residing with an active duty law enforcement officer).
