We are excited to introduce Restore at Carolina Park’s Fitness and Lifestyle Coordinator, Nicole Spencer. She brings over 25 years of experience in the Health and Wellness Industry. Nicole has a wealth of knowledge and smile on her face because she can’t wait to meet you and welcome you home!
As Restore's Fitness and Lifestyle Coordinator, Nicole curates a monthly calendar of activities and events designed around our 7 Principles to Health and Wellness: Fun, Fitness, Friends, Family, Food, Focus and Faith. If you are exploring a new hobby or have an event in mind and do not see it on our calendar, feel free to let her know so she can accommodate all of our residents’ interests!
Nicole was born and raised in Kohler, Wisconsin. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Kinesiology, she found herself in Key West working for Resort Recreation & Tourism Management, as the real-life “Julie from The Love Boat”. After leaving The Love Boat, Nicole spent many years as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Charleston has been her home for the past 15 years and it is here she has raised two boys, Ian, 17, a top ranked tennis player in the South and Isaac, 15, an amazing soccer player. When Nicole is not planning monthly resident events, she enjoys watching her boys do what they love, spending treasured time with friends and family, getting in exercise, and taking every chance she gets to be close to the water.
Nicole and her team can be found at Restore at Carolina Park seven days a week. Be sure to stop by the Wellness and Recreation Center to say hello or pick up the latest events calendar. Here at Restore, we want your next 50 years to be your best 50 years. You’ve got the time – now let us help you make the most of it.
